In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Donauwörth as soon as possible as our new
Data officer ET for National Security & Export Compliance (d/f/m).
You will be in charge of coordinating compliance projects within the Design Office. Under the lead of the Data Officer of Engineering and assisted by a team of specialists, your role is to improve the export control tools for classification, segregation and collection of license information and to develop the expertise in classification export control for the Airbus Helicopters.
You will be liaising with the export control technical raters of all Airbus companies for understanding the business needs and define the compliance strategy accordingly.
The team is composed of export control specialists, data analyst/scientist and engineers (d/f/m) located in AHF, AHD and AHP.

Your missions
- Lead German-French team of ca. 10 persons
- Secure & develop expertise export control and national security regulations (focus France, Germany, Spain)
- Report progresses to C-level executive
- Focal point engineering for Airbus’ Export Control Organisation, including authorities when necessary
Lead improvement projects
- Deploy & update automatisation strategy
- Develop AI based auto-classification tools for documents
- Monitor EC classification in skywise and define corrective actions
- Define & report all necessary KPIs
Your profile
- You have a degree in engineering
- You have a first successful experience managing a team (mandatory)
- You have experience working in the design office (whish)
- You have excellent communication and soft skills
- You have energy and enjoy developing a business, a team or an expertise
- Languages: English & German business fluent, French would be of significant advantage
